1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing products from Luvra (a GATE company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

All orders are processed securely via Cash on Delivery. By placing an order, you agree to pay the courier the exact total amount in cash upon receiving and inspecting the package. Our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

We offer Express Shipping across Egypt. Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, delays occasionally occur due to courier logistics or weather conditions.

4. Products and Services

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
