At Luvra, we stand behind the engineering and quality of our products. We offer a 30-Day Glow Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your premium shower filter, we are here to help.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Because we operate exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD), you have the right to inspect your package at the door before handing payment to the courier. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, you may refuse the delivery immediately at zero cost to you.

Returns Within 30 Days

To be eligible for a return after purchase, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our Concierge Team within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to you via Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
